Enter the Doodle 4 Google Art competition

Google has announced a competition called Doodle 4 Google where students are given the opportunity to design their own logo for Google and the 40 finalist logos will appear on the homepage on May 22, 2008.  The public will then decide on the winning logo.  The deadline to register is March 28th and the deadline to submit your doodle is April 12th.

The winner will receive a $10,000 college scholarship and the winner's school will get fully equipped with computers and software and some other bells and whistles. Go directly to http://www.google.com/doodle4google/.

Then all you need to enter the competition is a creative idea for a logo, your favorite art supplies and some 8.5x11 landscape paper. Start thinking how your idea might enrich our visions of our world, as it is and as it might be.
