The assigned hostess for each month will contact her committee
people and plan the refreshments and choose a theme to follow if desired.
The theme may reflect the holiday, the season, or the subject of the guest
or speaker. A theme is not required. If you are unable to help with the
preparation or provide a monetary donation for the assigned month, please
arrange to trade with another member. The hostess will have a set of guidelines
to follow and each committee member is expected to clean up following the
meeting.
