Welcome to the AAUW and Soroptimist International International Women's Day Breakfast

by Kris Armstrong and Karen Fleming from Soroptimists, and Ellen Coverick from AAUW.

Our Keynote Speaker was Dorothy Kennett.  In stories and pictures, Dorothy gave a wonderful program about her

experiences establishing a children's library at the God's Golden Acre children's foster care facility in South Africa.

The 10th Annual International Women's Day Breakfast was well attended--as you can see by Sandy Little

helping at Registration.  There were over 60 people in attendance.  We hope you can tell by these pictures that

everyone had a great time.  On the far right, last year's Keynote Speaker Aisha Ibrahim joins us again this year.

At the end of the day event, the lovely yellow daffodil center pieces were given as door prizes to eight lucky people

in the door prize drawing run by Evelyn Young. Thanks everyone at AAUW and Soroptimists for a great event!
